SmarterStats Release Notes and Version History

Several releases contain notes marked as "Important". Prior to upgrading versions, enter your current build number (e.g. 7852) to view important notes that may affect your upgrade.

7.7.4898 (May 30, 2013)

  • Fixed: SmarterStats service will no longer fail to start after OS reboot.

7.7.4807 (Feb 28, 2013)

  • Fixed: Site tuning no longer reports urls with extra '/' as different pages and duplicate pages
  • Fixed: Sites pages containing dynamic query string values are no longer considered seperate pages in site tuning

  • Fixed: An error will no longer occur when a title isn't provided for scheduled email reports.

7.5.4653 (Sep 27, 2012)

  • Added: New site tuning web services were added for consistency: GetSiteTuningIssues2, GetSiteTuningSettings2, SetSiteTuningSettings2 and StartSiteTuning2.
  • Changed: Reports will now show a date range by the selected date and group by instead of just the selected date range.
