It takes all of 30 seconds to set up your trial account, which includes some basic items that show you how things work: a starter knowledge base article, a news item and even your first ticket! If you need any help beyond that, NO PROBLEM! We'll reach out to you and offer to give you some hands-on training for things like setting up departments and groups, adding agents, setting up live chat and more.
