Applies to: SmarterStats 3.2 and higher

If log files were imported into SmarterStats 3.1.2357 or earlier and then SmarterStats is upgraded to version 3.2.2480 and higher, data for referring visits will remain the same.  However, if a site is reprocessed, the Referring Visits information will change. 

This occurs because the definition of an Initial Referrer is now calculated based on the first page view of the site rather than on the first hit. This leads to signigicantly better results in search engine and referral reports.
