If log files were imported into SmarterStats 3.1.2357 or older and then SmarterStats is upgraded to 3.2.2480 or later, Referring Visits data will remain the same.  If a site is Reprocessed however, the Referring Visits information will change. 

This will occur because the definition of an Initial Referrer is now calculated based on the first page view of the site, rather than the first hit.  This leads to much better results in search engine and referral reports.
