How to - add signature to a ticket
Applies to: SmarterTrack 3.x and higher

This article describes how to create an Agents signature.
  1. Go to Setting
  2. Select My Settings
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Select Signature tab
    1. Enter the Signature
    2. Click Save
