How to - Change the number of items displayed
Applies to: SmarterTrack 3.x

This article describes how to change the number of tickets displayed in the window.
  1. Log in as an Agent
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click My Settings
  4. Click Preferences
  5. Click the Agent tab
    1. Edit the Items per Page (the default = 14)
    2. Click Save
