How to - Create a custom report

Applies to: SmarterTrack 3.x 

This article describes how to create a Custom report in SmarterTrack.

Custom Reports are similar to summary reports except that with Custom Reports, you are able to add the Report Items you find most beneficial and generate your own Report.

A Custom reports can be created at the Agent level.

  1. Log in as an Agent
  2. Select the Reports menu icon near the top of the interface
  3. Select Expand Custom reports  folder on the folder list to the  left
  4. Select New Custom Report. 
    1. Select the Custom Report tab.
    2. Name: Enter a unique, descriptive name for the report.
    3. Default Date Range: select a date range from the drop down .
    4. Select the Report Items tab.
    5. Select the Add Item Icon in the menu bar.
    6. Select a Report Item from the drop down.
    7. You will be prompted for various information depending on the report Item selected.
  5. Click Save.
