Troubleshooting - Method not found error in SmarterTrack
Applies to: SmarterTrack 3.x

Problem:

When selecting Workspace menu in the Agent interface and you receive the following error: 

 Method not found: 'Void System.Web.UI.ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(System.Web.UI.Page, System.Type, System.String, System.String, Boolean)'.


Resolution:

In order to resolve this error, it will be necessary to uninstall and reinstall AJAX.
