How to - Configure Ticket Replies to open as a PopUps
Applies to: SmarterTrack 3.x

In order to set the Agents ticket replies to a Popup window, do the following:
  1. Login as an Agent
  2. Select Settings icon located in the upper left had corner
  3. Select Preferences in the Settings tree
  4. Select Tickets tab
  5. On Reply Mode select the drop down box and select popup
  6. Then click Save
