Problem:
When trying to Submit a Ticket as an Anonymous User, SmarterTicket displays the following message:
There are no recipients available to receive tickets. Please contact your administrator to submit a ticket.
Resolution:
The problem is that there are no Departments in SmarterTicket set up to receive tickets. In order to resolve this issue please do the following:
There must be at least one Department set up to receive tickets.
- Login to SmarterTicket as the System Administrator
- Go to: Settings | Departments and Groups
- Click a Department that you would like to receive tickets from the web interface.
- In the Edit Department dialog, make certain that the Web Tickets checkbox (under Department Settings) is checked.
- Click Save
