Problem

When loading a SmarterTools product that has been set up to use IIS, the following message is shown in your web browser:

Server Application Unavailable

Solution

This error typically means that one of the following is true:

1. The Application Pool that the Web Interface is running in is not Running
2. In Web Service Extensions (IIS 6), ASP.NET 1.1, or ASP.NET 2.0 is prohibited (depending on the product)
