Hi, I have just started to use smartermail, great so far but im unsure what is better to do. Is it better to have a trusted senders list for domains or add IP addresses to the whitelist. How does smartermail handle a message which is in either a whitelist or a trusted sender? We have some support emails...

Our users are complaining that addresses from messages that they Unmark as Spam are not being added to their Trusted Senders list. I have tested and confirmed this behaviour on our server.
