When you are managing tickets, there is an option to send a message, which shows up as a comment, but it looks like it sends an email as well as you can cc people, etc. I see that it shows up as a comment, but no email ever goes out. There is also no email sent to users when a comment has been added...

Hi, Ok I did some more tests this weekend regarding bandwidth.. I run Netlimiter pro which can log and monitor to all the different services on a server.
