    When you are managing tickets, there is an option to send a message, which shows up as a comment, but it looks like it sends an email as well as you can cc people, etc. I see that it shows up as a comment, but no email ever goes out. There is also no email sent to users when a comment has been added...

    hi all. i have an account that has some strange activity and i need help determining what's going on. on the SMTP IN Usage reports, it shows an average of 2.5GB of traffic per day. the odd thing is that the Message Data and Message Traffic reports do not show anything remotely close to this amount...

  • Sending messages vis SMTP generates error

    We are having a problem with the system blocking messages that are sent via programs like Outlook or Outlook Express using SMTP. The messages are blocked with an error message. Messages sent within our domains go through and messages sent using web-based SmarterMail go through fine. Any ideas?
