I second this request. The lack of SSL will hold us back from purchasing SmarterTrack, put in this feature and you have at least one more sale!

I am using GMAIL for my mail server for both incoming and outgoing. But I am running into issue in its set up in SmartTicket. If any one has been able to specify the port to use for the INCOMING and OUTGOING mail, please let me know what you did.
