I do not have any search engine stats in my results but I see references to the engines in my logs- and I also do pay per click so I know I have traffic. Any help on this please?

I am currenty tracking site stats with WebTrends Analytics as well as SmarterStats on a single website. I have noticed the statistics I am seeing between the two programs are very different. Has anyone else seen this issue before between SmarterStats and any other program? Do you know what may be causing...
