  • [Bug?] Link / Merge / Related Ticket when child is in QUEUE

    Hello, If an agent assigns a Ticket-ID, presently in the Queue, as a "Related Item", the child ticket (in the queue) does not update to Closed-&-Locked status as would normally otherwise occur. Bug or by design? Kind Regards, Pau **UPDATE** After "taking" the ticket from the Queue...
