    The mail host is using SmarterMail Professional Edition 3.2.2327, not sure if that means anything in our scenario or not. I just tested the theory out by adding mailreplies@samsclub.com to the trusted sender list and changed the action to not do anything. I then forwarded an email from yesterday that...

    I am having the same problem. You can order your filters. So here is my question. Does ordering them mean if filter 1 gets triggered it does not get filtered anymore? 1. My trusted sender list is filter 1, so I want any emails found in the trusted sender list to remain in the inbox and skip the next...
