  • Concurrent people downloading mail very slow

  • Setting up Email in Tracker POP3?

    I'm sure this is a silly question. I have set up the SMTP portion in the departments and all of the out going emails get sent and recieved. The question I have is does POP access need to be enabled on Exchange and set up in ST to utillize the import of the email?

    I share this sentiment as well. Our institution (large) has the standard requirement of SSL for both IMAP and POP. I had hoped I could find a workaround by forwarding it out to a free service, then learned that there aren't ones which don't require SSL as well. So, what means... no incoming email...

  • Wont send emails to users

    When you are managing tickets, there is an option to send a message, which shows up as a comment, but it looks like it sends an email as well as you can cc people, etc. I see that it shows up as a comment, but no email ever goes out. There is also no email sent to users when a comment has been added...

  • POP3 Retrieval is failing to import into tickets...

    When trying to submit a new ticket; The log shows it imports the mail and deletes; but the ticket is no-where to be found? Anyone have this problem and if so how can i fix???? Server Windows 2008 Web Edition IIS 7

  • Distribute poped catch all to SmarterMail users

    My ISP will not let me receive e-mail by SMTP. So what I have done in the past (MS SBS) is have all e-mail to my domain (*@mydomain.com) sent to a pop account ( mydomain@isp_pop_account.com ).   • Suggestion - Alternate to pop port 110

    We have some customers who have to VPN into other networks and are able to send mail via 2525 but onable to pop mail They are desperately in need of an alternate port to port 110 for pop.   • slow delivery to email client

    We have a client that says they have tried using mac mail, outlook, outlook express with either imap or pop3 and are having the same issue. They say that they see the email in their inbox in the webmail but are not able to download it to their email client for a delayed period of time. Not sure what...

  • SmarterMail Enterprise Edition 3.3.2621 with Blackberry POP3 vs. IMAP

    I have smartermail. I use it at work with Outlook 2003, and I think its setup as POP3, because I dont see where to change that setting. Anyhow, it works well with my blackberry, and when outlook is closed, all emails that are directed to my smartermail account address do eventually endup on my blackberry...
