Thanks for your prompt reply. It is mainly the emails I need to sync with one client and emails and calender with another. We have SM4 on a spare server giving it a trial at the moment so I will try the IMAP and I see there is a new version of the SmarterSync for version 4 so I will try that as well...

We have SmarterMail as our host. We can view send/recieve mail through the webmail interface (maconcountytitle.com). We have pop3 setup in Outlook to pull all mail down. Recieving is ok. Sending just gets lost in the get beyond. All mail goes out (per Outlook) but no one recives it. No ndr's or any error...
