Do you have scripts or an automated migration tool to migrate tickets from sticket to strack similar to the ones you have for the KB and predefined responses? We have 4 plus years of ticket history (and statistics) we would like to retain prior to upgrading.

I'm moving to another service provider. The current ISP is running SmarterMail 3.3.2621 and will give me a zip file of the mailbox. My new ISP is running 4.x. Are there any known conversion problems or a recommended way to add the mailbox to the new system? I was planning to create the mailbox folder...
