Do you have scripts or an automated migration tool to migrate tickets from sticket to strack similar to the ones you have for the KB and predefined responses? We have 4 plus years of ticket history (and statistics) we would like to retain prior to upgrading.

Is there anything out there that would convert from Novel's GroupWise 6.5 mail server to SM? Anyone run into this before?

Having done some developing I realize that sometimes there is a point where an architecture becomes so antiquated that there are no alternative but to abandon it. That said..I sure wish someone could point me to those KB migration scripts! TIA, Chris

Thanks, I'll search for the KB migration scripts. I'm with you on the ticket migration. I can't imagine that this was not taken into account during development!
