I recently just upgraded to the latest version smarterstats (3.3.2950) as it stopped importing files, and that fixed the issue in the past. Now when it imports files, approx. 90% of the lines that are importing are bad lines so it there are 100,000 lines being imported, only 7,000 are valid and the rest...

It's been a while since I have configured a site and I can't seem to find where I set the frequency that the log files are imported. I am pretty sure I have set this in the past, but can't find it now. Some assistance please. Thank you, Brett

I have the server Import Time Of Day set to 17:00 08:00. But the FTP process to download log files runs all day long. Is there a way to limit the FTP activity to after hours? Thanks, Patrick

We recently had to do a server re-install. We restored our log file and tried to do a re-import on the log files. However the reimport gets stuck half way through. No errors are generated. Is there and additional log or debug I can look at? I'm using SmarterStats Professional Edition 3.1.2357.

As an update: I deleted the site. I have added a new site. This whole process seems slow, being semi-inexperienced with 'seting up' web-log analysis tools, this *could* be the norm. After all these are large chunks of data. The first web log date alone returned 659,336 rows. *ouch*, or so it seems.....
