I'm not sure this is the correct thread for this question. I've been using Smart Mail for a couple of months and haven't figured out how to paste an image into an e-mail message. I want to be able to paste a jpeg (or any format) in the text area. Is that possible? If so, how do I do it? Thanks...

Hi Grady, We are running SmarterTrack Enterprise 3.5.3126 but cannot see the ability to add images to tickets, also the image path tab is not functional it is almost greyed out, how can we overcome this? thanks

Ok so first issue, if I use the select all check box to select every message in my mailbox, then click on an email to preview it, it unselects all of the other checkboxes. This is really strange, not sure why this would happen. Didn't happen in the previous version and it is quite annoying. Also...

I've now noticed that most (but oddly not all) of my TASKS in Outlook have also had any advanced formatting in the task notes - such as bold text or bulleted lists - removed and the text reverted to plain text.
