I made the move from 4.x to 5.x. I was running as a virtual directory under IIS. After the upgrade, tried the url, not working. Nuked the virtul dir, rebuilt, 403, login required. Checked the default.aspx. It was a the top of the heat. Deleted all other entries. Start/Stopped, etc. Still 403. Ideas?
