Why does some of my HTML get replaced with $0 instead of the standard return space? Any way to fix this? I haven't seen it on the client end (i.e. in emails) but it's all over the admin/agent side in looking at KB articles and many of the submitted tickets. [Edit] After more testing - this appears...

Just to update you. I've now noticed that most (but oddly not all) of my TASKS in Outlook have also had any advanced formatting in the task notes - such as bold text or bulleted lists - removed and the text reverted to plain text. For those, it appears the originals were not moved to my Outlook Deleted...
