While logged in as _primaryadmin_, you can go to Settings > Domain Settings > Users > and Edit individual users, and there is the option for "Disable Greylisting". When logged in as the system Admin, impersonating either the _primaryadmin_ or the individual user, this option is not...

I found a list of IP's someone else had used on a different Mail program so I ported it to Smartermail. (Sorry for the size of the post but I cant attach files.) Here is where I got the list from http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:_sZ2eAtdkuMJ:users.aber.ac.uk/auj/spam/iplist.txt+144.140.82.183&hl...

I have a similar question/issue as you and Dv, but regarding greylisting. I have greylisting enabled for a domain or account. Someone greylist hasn't passed yet sends something that is delayed pending retry, but they will receive the autoresponse immediately. I say this is either a bug, or a feature...

Make sure that there is only one MX record and that it is pointing directly to your SmarterMail server. Why is this important? Grey listing can only reduce spam if it is active...
