how can i forward the users i make to a Case sensitive email when i do it now, smartermail automatically changes all the capital letters to small letter... what is the solution. i dont want to change my mail server because of this

Smartermail 5.5 profesional seem to be having problems with forwarding. I enter the first email then a semicolon, a space then the second account. one account gets the mesage, but not the other. tried using a comma, no space, between accounts, to no avail. any ideas?

Hi I have a number of mailboxes which are set to forward to another mailbox in the same domain. It doesn't always work. The message traffic report shows date incoming outgoing 14/5 6 5 15/5 9 9 16/5 2 2 ... 19/5 10 8 The emails are just left in the inbox. The destination mailbox is not full.

I don't even have those options...we're using Smartermail through our host at DiscountASP.net. I log in as postmaster, and it doesn't appear that I have the capability to manage the options you listed. Am I missing something?
