One site can be accessed using several domains (e.g. www.abc.com, www.abc.com.au, www.abc.co.uk). How can we run custom reports to view the data just on a particular domain instead of all wrapped together? TIA Antony

SmarterMail v4 Enterprise We have setup some email aliases as distributions lists to internal email addresses. I went to the monthly visits report and with the filter applied it was the same number as without the filter. I tried a few other reports...

a real newbie question but i can't get any filters to work i am trying to filter for ip address, so i went in created a new filter set - called it Ip address and just pasted one IP in there as a test i.e. 1.1.1.1 but when i do a report on visitors i would expect it to filter it out but it still says...

It looks like this post is from April 07 But I definately second this. Pretty much the point of a filter is to remove what you don't want. especially from totals where you might need to filter phantom hits or traffic you don't want to calculate. Please respond.

I am currenty tracking site stats with WebTrends Analytics as well as SmarterStats on a single website. I have noticed the statistics I am seeing between the two programs are very different. Has anyone else seen this issue before between SmarterStats and any other program? Do you know what may be causing...

I too have confirmed this situation. There has been an insane amount of spam getting through in the past few weeks because of the entire message being base64 encoded. One style of spam in particular always contains the text "this advertisement is presented by" and thus I want to write my own custom content...

Can anyone tell me which fields are checked when a filter criteria for e-mail headers is used? For instance does it check subject, date and other such fields that are already available separately, or does it only check those fields that are not otherwise available such as BCC, CC and X- fields? Thanks...
