  • Wont send emails to users

    When you are managing tickets, there is an option to send a message, which shows up as a comment, but it looks like it sends an email as well as you can cc people, etc. I see that it shows up as a comment, but no email ever goes out. There is also no email sent to users when a comment has been added...

  • Smarter Ticket 3.0 send email to generate ticket

    Is there a way in the new Smarter Mail version to send an email to an address and have that address tied to a queue in the system that will generate a ticket with the email information? This would be ideal for our environment. Thanks, Adam

  • Mail Ports

    I am using GMAIL for my mail server for both incoming and outgoing. But I am running into issue in its set up in SmartTicket. If any one has been able to specify the port to use for the INCOMING and OUTGOING mail, please let me know what you did.
