Hello. It would be nice being able to edit predefined responses when using them. We often have to send emails for specific topics to customers, which are static except some data chunks. E. g. a customer want's to integrate a registration form in his website for our services offered over his website....

Hi i am testing Smarter Ticket. It works well only when i act as an anonymous user and try to get tickets that have been posted by the user with the given email id. i get the message "There was a problem sending your tickets." Please help me in this for this is the only error that i m facing. My Database...

i just downloaded the free version. i would like to create a template for when a ticket is closed, not just auto-closed. i can only view the default templates. i can't edit them or add new ones. please help.
