Some letters coming in the coding koi8-r are distinguished SmarterTrack not truly. It is necessary to open manually this letter in other post program, and to create the ticket anew. For correct display transformation is necessary CP1251 → KOI8-R. I can send any additional examples and any necessary information...

I too have confirmed this situation. There has been an insane amount of spam getting through in the past few weeks because of the entire message being base64 encoded. One style of spam in particular always contains the text "this advertisement is presented by" and thus I want to write my own custom content...
