The variable #adminhyperlink# when used in the body of an email notification event takes me to the ticket but just the ticket sub-frame of the Management Interface. The tree updates with the current count of active tickets. It would be great if, when a new ticket arrives, if the ticket list also updated.

Not sure if this is a BUG or an ENHANCEMENT, however, I am noting as I entered about 30 KB articles, that almost EVERY article matches tickets in the system.
