  • [BUG] Reply from Agent does not get delivered to customer

    SmarterTrack Enterprise Edition 3.0.3021.20446 BETA The agent replies from his/er email client OR from SmarterTrack portal, the email makes it into the tickets email then gets into the SmarterTrack ticket but it never makes it to the ticket creator's email /customer's email.
