I am having this same issue. I have a user that is trying this from multiple locatations, multiple browsers, and is unable to use the checkboxes to delete mail with the "Delete" link on the "actions" drop-down, or the "delete" link on the right hand side of the email list. I am using SmarterMail 3.2621...

I verified that both SmarterMail 3.x and 4.x releases are affected of a bug related to complete HTML e-mail messages reception. In brief, received e-mail that includes a complete HTML page formatting, such as: <html> <head> [...] </head> <body> [...] </body> </html>...
