Is anything with SmarterMail down? I am not getting emails that people claim to have sent me today. The last email I have is from 4:30pm yesterday. Thank you for your help!

You can also get a wealth of Support information on the Support page of our Wegb site: http://www.smartertools.com/Support/Plans.aspx We have KB article, online Help, White Papers, this Forum, and paid Support. But all the info and contact referance are available online.
