    I share this sentiment as well. Our institution (large) has the standard requirement of SSL for both IMAP and POP. I had hoped I could find a workaround by forwarding it out to a free service, then learned that there aren't ones which don't require SSL as well. So, what means... no incoming email...

  • [URGENT!] Tickets with nested replies will not open after upgrading to latest version

    We are no longer able to open and reply to tickets that have nested reply histroy. It does not matter if we try on firefox or IE We have several tickets now that if we try and hit reply it hangs and we have to quit the browser and reopen it. This only started after the upgrade.

    Since our own employees review our site daily and even hourly, it would be a great benefit to be able to filter the IP address of our offices, thereby keep them from showing in the WhosOn activity page.

    Hi. I want to ask is that possible to set a auto reminder that will send to all agents? For example, when the ticket is idle more than 1 hour, then system will automatically trigger the reminder that will auto send to all agents. Thanks.

    Nevermind. Problem was caused by having linkfreeze enabled on the site. Disabling this on the directory allowed the URLs to work.

    Are there any pre-requisites for the KB SEO links to work? At present if I create a KB article the link does not work. It just hangs when clicked. Do I need to specify a custom 404?
