Hello, I am using the trial version of SmarterTrack, and I was playing with custom fields. I have created a new Date and time custom field with the current date and time as default value, and added to the ticket template. Then I went to create a new ticket, but the date and time custom field appeared...

As usual, we do not give out specific release dates on new releases. That said, we are very, very close. It is reasonable to expect major news on this topic before the end of the month. In short--SmarterTrack is "on track" and well worth the wait.
