Finally resolved the issue. I deleted Smartermail Sync and setup POP3 through wizard again and it works! Frustration eliminated.

My issue is similar. However no issue with downloading software or sync bar The sync tool bar is present and configured, however nothing will come into Oulook from Smartermail site. NO errors show, it always responds as 6 of 6 completed successfully. I am using XP with Outlook 2003. What can you suggest...
