Thus far everything is running smoothly without "SmarterMailSync Error" popping up into the shares. Sharepoint updates under Outlook 2007 run verrrrrryyyy slowly --- usually 20-30 minutes

We have precisely the same problem with the 7 users (total) here. If I uninstall SmarterMail Sync and delete all the shared contacts & calendars and reinstall it works again but only for about 3 days, then poof all the shared resources are gone and this same error pops into the shares.
