Referrers not showing up

Installer without .Net Installer

When I am trying to install Smaterstats on our server it gives me the error code 1603: Error installing .NET Framework. We already have .NET version 1.1 on our server. Is there a version of the SmaterStats installer that doesn't try to install .NET 1.1?
