  • Mail Ports

    I am using GMAIL for my mail server for both incoming and outgoing. But I am running into issue in its set up in SmartTicket. If any one has been able to specify the port to use for the INCOMING and OUTGOING mail, please let me know what you did.

    I'm getting this too. It's such a generic error message it's hard to know where to start. My setup: New domain name setup yesterday heads to a VPS where SmarterMail, SmarterStats, and SmarterTicket are all installed. You can see that www.mbsupport.ca heads on over to the SmarterTicket interface, and...
