We are no longer able to open and reply to tickets that have nested reply histroy. It does not matter if we try on firefox or IE We have several tickets now that if we try and hit reply it hangs and we have to quit the browser and reopen it. This only started after the upgrade.

I am upgrading to a new server in the next week or so. I just got the latest version of SmarterTrack and had a little installation error, as noted in my previous post that doesn't have any replies yet. Still hoping for some help there. But my bigger question is what is the low down on using this...
