  • Mail Ports

    I am using GMAIL for my mail server for both incoming and outgoing. But I am running into issue in its set up in SmartTicket. If any one has been able to specify the port to use for the INCOMING and OUTGOING mail, please let me know what you did.

    Thank you for your reply. The agent is now assigned with the tickets automatically. The agent receives no email notifications as yet. However, the administrator is receiving the following message: Failed to forward a ticket to an agent's external mail account The message could not be sent to the SMTP...
