Hi. I want to ask is that possible to set a auto reminder that will send to all agents? For example, when the ticket is idle more than 1 hour, then system will automatically trigger the reminder that will auto send to all agents. Thanks.

I have used the email reminder for a couple of years in the calendar, but for the past 10 months it has not been working. Can someone advise?
