SmarterTrack isn't importing all of the initial email. When you click view raw, it shows youall of the original text, but in most cases this is littered with markup, and virtually unreadable. There does not appear to be any way to merge two tickets from a client that is a duplicate. This was a valuable feature in ST 2.x.
