SmarterTrack isn't importing all of the initial email. When you click view raw, it shows youall of the original text, but in most cases this is littered with markup, and virtually unreadable. Is there any way to change the subject of a ticket. If a user sends 'error message' or 'need help' as a subject i would like to change it. Barry
