Hi! We are (still) using SM 5.5.3362. We have troubles with Contact Categories with " ÖÄÜöäü ..." (non-ASCII) in it. Categories with these characters in the name are always filled with all contacts although these categories aren't selected. Is this bug fixed...

Hi! We use latest SM 5.5.3362. If I log in as domain admin , I can't check/uncheck the option "Verify MX record in DNS before add" because there is NO CHECKBOX ! If I log in as server admin , then impersonate as domain admin , there IS the checkbox ... Strange behavior ... bug in GUI?

I opened a case with an example and they were able to duplicate it in their test environment. It has been sent to their development team now. I added a reference to this forum post but, It seems that no one updates the forum on issues like this unless you threaten to move to a new platform.

"Disaster" is putting it mildly. I spent about 6 hours today trying to fix the mess IE8 left. Was unable to get it uninstalled. I ran the uninstaller from add/remove on a windows XP configuration and after a reboot IE8 still showed it's ugly head. Although no longer in the programs list...

So in smartertools infinite wisdom, the problem MUST be blackberry -couldn't be something that THEY are doing or something they aren't compensating for. I'm disgusted. I had the issue happening to a few users since we upgraded in August '08 and ST told me to 'upgrade' to the latest...

We've just install version 5.5 of SmarterMail on our production server and found that "Search" doesn't do anything ... We are running on a Win 2003 server. I find it very strange if this is a "known problem" that haven't been fixed. Any ideas what to look fore and where...
