I have created a new Date and time custom field with the current date and time as default value, and added to the ticket template.   • My knowledge base, and email responses get filled with "$0" instead of returns.

    Why does some of my HTML get replaced with $0 instead of the standard return space? Any way to fix this? I haven't seen it on the client end (i.e. in emails) but it's all over the admin/agent side in looking at KB articles and many of the submitted tickets. [Edit] After more testing - this appears...

    Whenever i ask for a list of my tickets to be submitted to me I am unable to click on the hyperlink to see their status. The hyperlink is always the local IP address of the web server (172.16.10.86) rather than a dns name or a public IP. For example, I will request all of my tickets from the web interface...
