I am using SmarterStats 3.3.2761. I created a My customer Report and set the mail report which is mailled to me daily. (the language is zh-TW). However, I got a mail as below. ?????? Site Name : MasterWeb Date Range : 2007/10/1 to 2007/10/1 All of the Chinese characters are changed to "?".
